Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Supreme Wine Manager (“Application”), created by SupremeVue, collects, uses, and protects your information. The Application helps you manage your wine collection by storing details such as purchase information and current value.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

A. User-Provided Information

The Application does not store any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or contact details).

B. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Application, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including:

  • Device type and operating system
  • IP address
  • General usage patterns and actions within the app

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve performance.

C. Crash Reporting

If the app encounters an error, technical details (including the action attempted, related data if relevant, and error messages) are sent to Firebase Crashlytics. This helps us identify and fix problems. No personal information is included.

2. Location Information

The Application does not require or collect your precise location to function. However, Google Firebase Analytics may access location information if you have granted Google permission in your device settings. This is not requested or required by the Application.

In some cases, location may be used to provide personalized ads. You are not required to enable this for the app to work.

3. Third-Party Access

We do not share your data with third parties except as described above with Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, which process it on our behalf.

4. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application through your device’s standard uninstall process.

5. Data Retention

Any user-provided data (such as app settings) is retained only while you use the Application and is deleted upon uninstall. Automatically collected information may be stored for up to 12 months, and may be kept longer in aggregate, non-personal form.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 and is not marketed to them.

7. Security

We limit access to Firebase Analytics data to authorized employees and contractors. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of the Application means you accept the changes.

9. Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy. All data is processed in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S., your data will be transferred and stored under U.S. privacy standards.
