Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Plunder Smash (“the Game”), created by SupremeVue, collects, uses, and protects information. Plunder Smash is a pirate cannon physics game for Android.
1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
A. Game Progress
Your game progress (levels cleared, stars, doubloons, lives, purchased items and settings) is stored locally on your device. It is not sent to our servers, and it is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
B. Advertising
The Game shows ads using the AppLovin MAX advertising platform. Rewarded ads are always optional, and interstitial ads appear only occasionally between levels. To deliver, limit the frequency of, and measure ads, AppLovin and its mediated ad networks may automatically collect:
- Your device’s advertising ID (Google Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate (country/region-level) location derived from it
- Device type, operating system, language and network information
- Ad views, clicks and installs
Their use of this information is governed by their own privacy policies, including the AppLovin Privacy Policy. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can choose non-personalized ads. Buying “Remove Ads” turns off interstitial ads.
C. In-App Purchases
Optional purchases (such as doubloon packs and Remove Ads) are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made so we can deliver the item. We never receive or store your payment card or billing details. See the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Location Information
The Game does not request access to your device’s location. Ad partners may infer an approximate location from your IP address.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described above (AppLovin and its ad partners, and Google Play) so they can provide their services, or when required by law.
4. Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights
- Reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
- Change your ad consent choice at any time if you are in a region where consent applies.
- Uninstall the Game to stop all data collection and delete your locally stored progress.
5. Data Retention
Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the Game. Data collected by ad partners is retained according to their own policies. We do not keep a separate copy.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. Because we do not store personal information ourselves, most requests are best handled through your device settings or directly with AppLovin or Google. You can also contact us and we will help.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, and all network communication from the Game uses encrypted connections. No system is completely secure.
