Terms of Service

Last updated: November 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SupremeVue website at supremevue.com and of all apps and games published by SupremeVue, including Arrive Alive and Plunder Smash (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Trader information

The Services are provided by a trader within the meaning of EU consumer law and the EU Digital Services Act:

2. License to use the Services

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps and games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the Services, or use cheats, exploits or automation to interfere with them, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

3. Purchases and virtual items

Some apps offer optional in-app purchases, such as in-game currency or items. Purchases are processed by the app store you downloaded the app from (for example Google Play), under that store’s terms and refund policies. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you rather than sold.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers): digital content purchased in our apps is delivered immediately. By completing a purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

4. Advertising

Our free apps may show advertisements, including optional rewarded ads, served by third-party ad networks. How these partners handle data is described in the privacy policy for each app.

5. Third-party services

The Services may rely on third-party services such as app stores, Google Play Games and ad networks. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Privacy

Each app has its own privacy policy explaining what data is collected and why. You can find them on the Games and Our Apps pages.

7. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have that cannot be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SupremeVue is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when the Terms last changed. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, but we will consider them in good faith.
